Law Wise Professional Corporation is a law firm in Mississauga’s City Centre, near Square One. We act for individuals, families and businesses across the GTA and Ontario in family law, criminal defence, immigration, corporate and commercial matters, wills and estates, and real estate.
Every lawyer and paralegal at Law Wise is licensed by the Law Society of Ontario, which regulates Ontario’s lawyers and paralegals in the public interest. Everyone else who works at Law Wise, including law clerks and administrative staff, works under the supervision of a licensed lawyer.
Many clients first contact us at a difficult moment: a separation, a criminal charge, a refused application, a death in the family or a closing that is about to go wrong. We start by listening, then explain where you stand and what your options are, in plain language.

How we work
- You know who is handling your file. The lawyer responsible for your matter is identified when you retain the firm and deals with you directly, from the first meeting to the end of the matter.
- Plain language. We explain where you stand, what your options are and what each is likely to involve, in words you can use to make a decision.
- Fees in writing. When you retain the firm, we explain how the fee is worked out and confirm the arrangement with you in writing before the work starts.
- Four languages. Service is available in English, Urdu, Punjabi and Hindi.
- Dated legal information. The law changes. Each service page on this website shows the date on which its legal information was last checked.
